   The purpose of collecting data from you is to provide and enhance the features of ECOVISEA. The types of data collected through this website include:

   • a) Company Profile Data: This includes a summary of the company’s business activities, a list of the company’s operational facilities, and a summary of the company’s data tracking of business activities.
   • b) Company Activity Data: This includes the amount of fuel consumed for both stationary and mobile combustion, the amount of refrigerant used, the amount of electricity consumption, and the amount of the procurement of goods and services, and other relevant emissions-related information.
   • c) Data on the Timing of Activities: This refers to information about when specific activities occur on a monthly basis.
   • d) Personal Data: (i) that you have submitted to us directly from time-to-time, including via this website, e-mail communications, phone conversation, via physical documents, etc.; (ii) personal data from other reliable sources or publicly available databases; and (iii) references from business partners, colleagues, clients, and/or other third parties (in circumstances where you provide us with personal data relating to other individuals, you represent and warrant that you have obtained such person’s personal data lawfully and have the appropriate lawful grounds to the sharing of their data to us).
   • e) Feedback and Troubleshooting Data: This includes suggestions and feedback aimed at improving the ECOVISEA product.

2. Types of Personal Data

   Depending on the purposes of processing, we may collect various types of personal data, among others:

   • a) General personal data, including but not limited to full name, and other information, such as phone number, e-mail address, postal address.
   • b) Technical information, such as:
     • (i) Internet protocol (IP) address with which your computer or other device is connected to the internet to access our website;
     • (ii) technical information about your computer, device, and connection, for example, type and version of the browser used, plug-ins, operating system, or other relevant setting;
     • (iii) the location of your computer or device of which you use to access our website; or
     • (iv) other usage information about the use of the website, including a history of the pages you view.

3. Purpose of Use / User Data Analysis

   After receiving data as stated in section 1 above, we will utilize, analyze, and process the data based on the appropriate lawful grounds namely (i) consent; (ii) to fulfil our contractual obligation (including pre-contractual stage); (iii) to fulfil our legal obligation based on laws and regulations; or (iv) we have legitimate interest; depending on the context of our relationship, we collect and process your data for the following purposes:

   • (i) Emissions Calculation: To calculate the emissions data based on user inputs, using the methodology from the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard.
   • (ii) Use of Emission Factors: The data will be calculated using emission factors from the Climatiq Technologies GmbH (“Climatiq”) API Database. Climatiq will only receive and process the amount of Company Activity Data in an anonymous format. Users consent to the transmission of the Company Activity Data to Climatiq for the purpose of emissions calculation.
   • (iii) Dashboard: The calculated emissions data will be displayed on a Dashboard, which will be accessible exclusively to the User.
   • (iv) Product Improvement: To enhance the features of ECOVISEA, including spam prevention, bug resolution, and strengthening the integrity and protection of data.

4. Disclosure and Data Sharing

   Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose your data without any lawful basis.

   In the event that we are required—or it is a necessity—to share your personal data to third parties, we will proceed in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. The following are third parties that we may share your personal data with:

   • (i) East Ventures and administrator of ECOVISEA, such as Kamar Dagang dan Industri Indonesia “KADIN Indonesia”;
   • (ii) Third parties that provide their service to us, such as cloud service providers;
   • (iii) Governmental and regulatory bodies based on official request;
   • (iv) Other third parties to whom you have instructed us to share, transfer, or otherwise disclose your personal data.

5. Cross-Border Transfer

   We may disclose or share your data to third parties outside of Indonesia only where it is permitted by applicable laws and regulations. We will comply with all the relevant provisions and use available tools to ensure the protection of your data, among others data sharing agreement or data processing agreement which contain standard contractual clause on personal data protection.

The User data shall be processed and stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes they have been collected for. Once such purposes have been achieved, we may delete/destruct your data or render such data to be anonymous, except as may be required by applicable laws for us to retain such data.
